What would bring you peace? Many of you would say a thoughtless mind, a healthy body, or a successful career. However, few people would describe a home as a source of calm since it allows them to live all of the best ideals that make life more meaningful. Even though many of them did not mention it, the home environment, family values, and community relationships all have a significant impact on the quality of peace. Hari Vishram, a Sattvic high-rise community, was born out of a desire to provide inhabitants with a true sense of ‘vishram’ or rest in the form of a safe and secure community that is close to nature and Vastu compliant environment, promoting the best energy. Thus, this sequence of ideas served as the primary inspiration and foundation for the design of Hari Vishram apartments—a novel series of Sattvic communities fostering family values and communal ties complemented by state-of-the-art amenities to create a serene, contemporary living space.

Constructed with an honour to Mother Earth
Our greatest accomplishment in the development of Sattvic Community – Harivishram apartments is that we are building it with reverence and regard for Mother Earth. We did not drill or destroy the tedious natural contours of the terrain; instead, we used the exceptionally sloped land to our advantage by transforming it into parking and basements in the most sensible approach of space management.
In our efforts to be economical, sustainable, and environmentally friendly, we chose Precast Concrete construction for a low-impact structure. We could maintain a greater control over material quality and craftsmanship because we were manufacturing these prefabricated components and elements in our in-house Precast factory. Hari Vishram places great importance on sustainability to offer residents a cosy living space while upholding the integrity of the natural surroundings. Sustainability lies at the heart of the design which is evident in the eco-friendly interior finishes and amenities such as waste and sewage treatment plants, along with solar water heaters. A 3000-square-foot clubhouse overlooks lush nature and features indoor activities and a multipurpose hall. The sidewalk around the driveway has a lush green border, making the garden more visible and appealing to both vehicles and pedestrians. Every element has been carefully examined to enhance the small pleasures of life and present occupants with a profound sense of calm at every turn.
Constructed with an honour to Mother Earth
